Shipping

US customers receive free shipping for every order via USPS. Domestic shipping is approximately 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping is available at an extra cost.

International customers receive a flat shipping fee of $9 for every order via USPS. International shipping is approximately 1-5 weeks. Expedited shipping is available at an extra cost.

International Shipping Transit Times:

Due to the uncertain nature of USPS and its partner parcel delivery services worldwide, as well as the customs officers used in this low-cost shipping method, all USPS delivery times are estimates, and can vary wildly, based largely on your country’s customs offices. We include appropriate paperwork, but sometimes things just take an inexplicably long time to clear customs, and there is unfortunately absolutely nothing we can do to hurry the process along.  For day-specific, MUCH faster delivery, please use the expedited delivery options.  Additionally, any customs duties/fees/VAT imposed by governmental authorities or local carrier shall be the customer’s responsibility (contact us with questions or concerns on this point).

Please note: TAAB shall not be responsible for loss damage, or theft of any order shipped internationally via USPS.  No refunds shall be offered on international shipping fees/product charges due to delays in transit or lost/stolen merchandise shipped via USPS.  For guaranteed delivery dates and packages insured against loss, theft, and damage, please use the expedited delivery options.

Economy shipping via USPS First Class Package International: 1-5+ weeks (customs dependent, NOTE: customs delays are possible and completely unavoidable from our end.  If your country’s customs office is slow, or backed up–particularly during the holidays–your package will simply sit until they get to it).

Upgraded via USPS Priority International: 3-7 days (customs dependent, NOTE: customs delays are still possible with USPS priority shipments. They happen less often than with economy/first class, but DO still occur occasionally, particularly in times of high demand).

Warranty

TAAB warrants that TAAB products will conform to TAAB’s published specifications at time of shipment for a period of 12 months from the date of invoice.

THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY MADE BY TAAB. NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, ORAL OR WRITTEN, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE QUALITY, WORKMANSHIP, MATERIALS, DESIGN, PERFORMANCE OR SUITABILITY OF ANY TAAB PRODUCT.

If a warranty claim is approved by TAAB, TAAB will either replace or repair the non-conforming TAAB product free of charge or, at TAAB’s sole discretion, refund or credit to Customer the purchase price it paid for such non-conforming TAAB product. Such replacement, repair, refund or credit will be TAAB’s sole liability and obligation and Customer’s sole remedy with respect to any nonconforming or defective TAAB product. All TAAB products that are replaced shall be the property of TAAB. Customer shall be responsible for all freight charges in connection with any replacement or repair.

Exchanges

TAAB will gladly accept any regularly priced, clean, and unused products for exchange. In addition to exchanges, TAAB offers store credit that never expires. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased online at lenstab.com must first contact us via email or phone to receive an exchange authorization number within five (7) business days of receiving the merchandise.

The merchandise must be accompanied by the original invoice, original packaging, and an exchange form. Returned items must be safely packaged, shipped, and postmarked via USPS First Class Mail or your national Postal Service (for international returns) within five (7) business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep in mind that any new item ordered as an exchange will not be shipped until we receive the original purchase.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. Shipping and handling charges on the original purchase are nonrefundable.
